Draw mechanics
Entering one of our competitions is easy. Register to open your Account, then follow the 4 easy steps.
- Decide which Prize you want! – Click the ‘Back To Comps’ button (bottom right).
- Answer the Skill question correctly then buy your ticket(s)
- You’ll receive your ticket(s) immediately.
- Wait for the Live Draw to take place.

Our Competitions last for a fixed period of time OR until all tickets in a particular Draw are Sold. Details for each draw are featured on the Live Competitions page.
The Prize Draw will take place on the date stated on each Prize Draw Competition page. The Draw itself will be available to view on social media channels via a Live Stream. Winners will be contacted and a record of the winner of each prize placed on the website.
Competitions are open to all residents in the UK, aged 18 years or over, except members of the immediate families or households of the promoter.
Tickets
The maximum number of tickets for each Competition are displayed on the Prize Draw Competition page under Ticket Limit. This maximum number is fixed and will not change.
Both the total number of tickets sold so far and the remaining number of tickets available and on sale, are displayed on the Prize Draw Competition page.
Once payment for your ticket(s) has been processed and completed you will receive an email containing your ticket entry details.
Each competition has a fixed number of available tickets for purchase. Your chances of winning can be calculated from the number of tickets you have purchased from the overall number of tickets sold for each competition. The maximum number of tickets available for each competition is fixed and will not change once the competition is live. With respect to the £1,000,000 and £200,000 Prize Draws, Property Lotto Odds are the best in the UK at just 150,000:1. In comparision, the UK National Lottery Odds of Winning are 45,057,474:1 So you are 300 Times more likely to win with Property Lotto.
You can view your tickets and transactions in your Private Account section at any time by clicking the My Account button, if on a Desktop, or if you are on a mobile device, by firstly clicking the 3 lined Hamburger dropdown Menu button, at the Top Right of this page, and then selecting Login.
Unfortunately not, the purchase of a ticket is final and cannot be either amended or withdrawn.

Prize mechanics
Winners will be contacted using the email address and mobile number associated with their registered account. So please do keep your Account upto date if you change any personal details. Also, please check back here after each prize draw date as you’ll see the specific Winner of each and every completed Prize Draw Competition.
If your Prize is a physical one, we will arrange delivery to your Registered Address at no extra charge. If your Prize has a colour selection, for example; a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher etc (as it may be white, charcoal or silver) we will call you for your preference. If you have Won one of the Property Lotto Tax Free Cash Prize Draws you will be contacted at the time of the Draw for verification and your Funds will be deposited in to your nominated Bank Account within 48hrs of completing your standard KYC & Anti-money laundering checks (your proof of address etc).
We aim to only provide the Prize as advertised in our Prize Draws, with no cash alternative, as we offer specific Tax Free Prize Draw Competitions anyway. However, on occassions, we may decide to offer you cash (via Bank Transfer) or a voucher to the value of, as a replacement for a Prize. This is entirely at our own discretion.
To offer transparency and openness towards future entrants, and also compliance with the rules and regulations Property Lotto has to adhere to, we would like to take a photo of you and your prize for our private company records and also, with your permission at the time, the same to go onto the Winners page of our website. This is not mandatory of course, and we will be happy to redact faces, personal marks or tattoos and personal or private property which may be ‘in shot’ at the time of the photo being taken. Personal privacy, safety and discretion are always our top priorities.
We will contact all Winners using the registered email and mobile number on their account, so please ensure these are kept up to date. If we are unable to reach a Winner within 28 days we reserve the right to award that Prize as a bonus in a different Prize Draw Competition or promotion. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
Payment
The cost of each ticket is clearly stated on each Competition page, and won’t change during the Competition sale period.
